J. Deady Electrical Inc., was founded by John Deady, Jr. Prior to starting J. Deady Electrical John was the President of one of the largest, most successful electrical contractors in all of New England. During his tenor as President he developed and implemented standardization of all computer systems, including estimating, accounting and project management. He oversaw some of the largest and most complicated projects including, but not limited to, the upgrades to security at Boston's Logan International Airport following Sept. 11, 2001;

multiple Central Artery Tunnel projects and Patriot Place, which includes the New England Patriots state of the art museum, "The Hall". He holds both a Journeyman and Masters Electricians Licenses as well as being trained and certified in building automation, enabling clients to be more "green".

As President of J. Deady Electrical Inc., John offers over 30 years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for the overall development and execution of the corporate strategic business plan and assumes total accountability for the economic responsibilities of the Corporation.

Joseph Callanan joined J. Deady Electrical, Inc. in 2010. He has over twenty-five years experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Mr. Callanan is a proven leader in executive management of multiple projects and offices on a national level. Prior to joining J. Deady Electrical he worked with Mr. Deady for over 10

years as Executive Vice President at one of the largest and most successful electrical contractors in New England. Mr. Callanan has successfully managed many local area, high-profile projects including, MBTA System-Wide Automated Fare System, Logan Airport Enhanced Baggage Screening Program and several Central Artery/Tunnel Projects. On a national scale Mr. Callanan managed numerous Fiber Metro-Builds and Emergency Storm Restoration responses for many of the major utility providers along the eastern seaboard and southeastern United States.

As Vice President of Operations for J. Deady Electric, Mr. Callanan’s diverse industry experience in operations and logistics will be a key asset in the growth and success of J. Deady Electrical, both locally and beyond.
